Do I need to be fit already to join?
Not at all! Every session is designed to support all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced lifters. How long are the sessions?
Each session lasts 50 minutes, depending on the program. Do I need to bring equipment?
No — we provide everything you need. Just bring water, a towel, and plenty of energy! What if I have an injury or health concern?
Our coaches are trained to adapt exercises to suit your needs. Always let us know beforehand so we can keep you safe. How do I book?

We understand things come up, but to keep sessions running smoothly we ask:12 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a booking. This must be done by logging into your account.Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will be charged in full.This ensures fairness to our coaches and other members who may be waiting for a spot.
